The unit has a private entrance, and guests have the use of the garden and patio with braai facilities. Secure parking is available for 1 vehicle behind remote-controlled gates.
Palmers Place is a 500-meter walk from the beach and a convenience store. There are 3 excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The property is a drive away from various indoor and outdoor attractions within the area. Guests can take delight in walking along the cliff paths into town, where whale watching is popular in season (July to November
