Downstairs we have 3 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. (Shower over bath)

The first room is as a small TV/Play room, it can be a 4th bedroom when the double futon is folded down. (please note this room is the walk through to provide direct access to the garden braai/BBQ area from the house)

The two other bedrooms one with a Queen XL & one with a Double bed, all bedrooms have sliding doors leading out to the patio and beautiful garden.

All bedrooms have wardrobes and a dresser nook.
Open plan kitchen & dining. Fully equip kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, 4 slice toaster, microwave etc.

Dining room with big round table seating 6-8 comfortably.
Lounge with sliding doors to the deck overlooking the landscaped private garden and lagoon framed by mountains.

The lounge has comfortable seating with a big FatSak (bean bag) for pure comfort and also a wood fire place.

The deck offers sun & shade with shelter from the wind most of the time.

Comfortable wicker chairs, a daybed as well as a bay window offers plenty of space to lounge around.

The entire house will be available. Access to the garage & laundry is off limits.

Off-street parking but not behind locked gates.

Pets can be accommodated with prior arrangements.

Children over 6 are welcome.
