Sea Kayaking:
Explore the magic of our unique coastline and Walker Bay Whale sanctuary up close and personal in one of our stable kayaks in the company of an experienced guide. Glide across sparkling water while marvelling at the majestic cliffs and sea life. The Marine life sightings offers you a once in a lifetime experience. During whale season there is a possibility of seeing Southern Right Whales while out kayaking. We have to maintain a legal distance of 300 meters from the whales and move away if they approach us as we are not a boat based whale watching operator. Possible sightings throughout the year include Dolphins, Cape Fur seals, African penguins and a variety of sea birds. We depart from the Old Harbour in Marine Drive daily if the weather permits. Mornings usually provides the best conditions for kayaking, with the smallest chance of wind at sea. Our experienced guide will open up the wonders of the ocean to you with interesting and relevant information regarding the marine life of Walker Bay. The route can change at any time depending on wind, swell or marine life sightings.
