The property is situated close to Gearings Point and directly opposite The Boiling Pot, a beautiful feature of this lovely coastline. It is within walking distance (three minutes) of all the main restaurants and shops in Hermanus and across the road from the famous Cliff Path. Whales can be seen easily from the patio and from both bedrooms.

Our Rates are for four guests sharing. Extra guests will be charged as per Rate Sheet
The Rate includes a full housekeeping service after every 4th night of occupation which includes linen and towel change and full apartment cleaning.

Housekeeping services (refresh only, no major cleaning) provided Monday to Saturday if required at a nominal charge of R100 per day, this includes bathroom cleaning, bed making, tidying of kitchen, dustbin emptying, dusting of sitting room and minor cleaning tasks.
Sunday servicing by special arrangement only.

The Unit has the following items: Full DSTV package in the sitting room. WiFi. Dish Washer, Fridge, Oven and Stove, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Espresso Machine, Sandwich Toaster, all pots and pans, table ware, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, braai utensils, braai on patio. There is an iron and ironing board, and a clothes horse for drying clothes. All rooms have air-con. The bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with toiletries supplied upon arrival and feature a shared balcony with beautiful sea views. Hairdryers are supplied in both bedrooms.
We will supply milk, juice, and tea and coffee for guests upon arrival.
There are two basement parking bays.
